ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) -- Nick Banyard scored 18 points making all four of his 3-pointers and A.J. Davis had his fourth double-double of the year with 16 points and 11 rebounds and UCF pulled away from Tulsa for a 71-53 win Tuesday night.
The Knights held a 31-27 lead at halftime. UCF (16-10, 7-7 American Athletic) led 43-40 with 11:36 to play and then went on a 23-10 run in the next eight minutes to put the game out of reach for Tulsa (12-13, 6-7).
