The mighty Clemson Tigers are undefeated and rightfully the number one team in the nation… but let’s look at their schedule and see how they go there.
Clemson played four teams that were ranked this year: Notre Dame, Florida State, North Carolina, and Oklahoma. All four of those teams lost their bowl games; though some credit should be given to Clemson since they beat Oklahoma in the Orange Bowl themselves. So none of the ranked teams the Clemson Tigers played managed to win a bowl game, none.
