Could it be that Alabama linebacker Reuben Foster isn’t on the Dallas Cowboys’ draft board? Cowboys owner and general manager Jerry Jones won’t say.
Jones was asked Monday about Foster’s place on the team’s draft board at the Cowboys’ pre-draft news conference.
“For obvious reasons, we wouldn’t divulge that,” Jones said.
Foster, though widely considered to be a first-round talent and the top inside linebacker in the draft class, has drawn red flags for some teams, particularly because of an incident that caused him to be sent home early from the NFL Combine and a recent revelation that he failed a drug test while there.
