Jackson, Alabama women's golf get into postseason mode

When golfer Janie Jackson transferred to the University of Alabama before her sophomore year, in the summer of 2013, she wasn't necessarily doing it to win tournaments. The Crimson Tide had won the 2012 national championship and was ranked among the nation's top teams, certainly, but Jackson just wanted to come home.

“I mean, I feel good about it now,” Jackson said. “I'm glad to be at Alabama, and I can't imagine myself anywhere else at this point in my life. It's hard to move away from where your life is, so it was hard to move to Arizona, and once I made friends and had my life out there, it was hard to move back.
