Houston Nutt went on the Sports Talk With Bo radio show and was asked about Ole Miss saying that their current NCAA issues are from when he was the Rebels head coach and have little to do with the Hugh Freeze era. The Right Reverend Nutt explained that he was “disappointed” and believed that Ole Miss was just “deflecting.”
Nutt didn’t say that the violations happened during the Hugh Freeze era, but he did say that he hadn’t received any word form the NCAA that they happened under his watch.
