The NCAA College Football Rules Committee is going to Disney World! Ok, not really, but they are meeting in Orlando so you just know that was set up so some NCAA bureaucrat could take his step-kids to Animal Kingdom. Some of the topics rules committee is going be discussing include linemen down field, whether a player sliding should be classified as a defenseless player, and of course targeting.
I am all for the targeting rule in general; football is dangerous and we need to have rules in place to help protect the player.
