Family ties helped 4-star OL Kendall Randolph choose Alabama

Four-star offensive lineman Kendall Randolph announced last month that he would play for Alabama, and family ties are one reason. Randolph’s brother, Levi Randolph, played basketball for Alabama from 2011-15.

“My brother went there, played basketball there,” he told GN. “I am trying to follow in his footsteps and become an academic All-American.”

Randolph (6 feet 5, 290 pounds), from Madison (Ala.) Bob Jones, is considered a national top-200 prospect overall and a top-25 offensive tackle. In addition, he is top-10 prospect in the state of Alabama. He chose the Tide over a host of suitors, including Auburn, Florida, LSU and Michigan.
