CHANDLER, Ariz. -- The latest addition to Arizona Cardinals coach Bruce Arians’ hat collection has a little more meaning than the others.
Arians unveiled a black and red houndstooth driving cap made by New Era that’s part of the collection of similarly-designed hats that Arians has become known for wearing. This style honors one of Arians’ mentors, former University of Alabama football coach Bear Bryant.
“This is a tribute to Coach Bryant and this one is very special,” Arians said. “It’s wool. We won’t be able to wear it as much as the others, but it is very special to me.
