The football coach of the University of Alabama, Nick Saban is presenting his Georgia mansion up for sale! The property is a lake front estate with a lighthouse that is three story high and comes with a custom boat. It is located right in the mountains of North Georgia.
Saban’s real estate firm confirmed last Wednesday that the coach’s home which measures 9,600 square foot will be up for sale during an auction on June 6. According to Concierge Auctions, the home property right on the mountain lake shores is listed at an original price of $10.95 million. What the property is most proud of is its spectacular views.
It was the Atlanta Business Chronicle which first revealed the initial details of the sale. Later on, the coach revealed that he also has another house property right on the lake.
