SAN DIEGO, Calif. – University of Akron sophomores Abigale Wilson (Carrollton, Ohio) and Olivia Snyder (Navarre, Ohio) led the Zips' efforts on the opening night of the Triton Invitational hosted by UC San Diego on Friday, April 21.
Wilson garnered a fourth-place finish in the women's discus with a mark of 158-0.75 (48.18m), while Snyder placed 11th with a throw of 147-2 (44.86m).
