AKRON, Ohio - University of Akron head women's basketball coach Jodi Kest has announced that Brittany Gordon will join the Zips' roster for the 2016-17 campaign as a graduate transfer.
A 5-8 guard, Gordon recently completed her undergraduate degree in communications from the University of Pittsburgh competing for the Panthers from 2012-16.
"We're very excited to have Brittany join the Zips' program this season," Kest commented. "She not only gives us experience at the point guard position, but also has the ability to play multiple positions on the floor for us.
