Akron, Ohio – The Akron Zips men's golf team will battle for the 2017 Mid-American Conference Men's Golf Championships at Virtues Golf Club in Nashport, Ohio on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, April 28-30.
"The MAC Championships is an outstanding event that features great competition on a very challenging golf course," head coach David Trainor said. "We approach this event as we do all the others with hard work and preparation, and the ultimate goal is to win."
Eastern Michigan University hosts this year's championship event, which is set for four rounds (72 holes) over three days, beginning on Friday.
