Matchup Virginia has to win on defense: Secondary. Andrew Brown has been a revelation on the defensive line, and the Cavaliers have done a good job slowing down the run for the most part this season. The big problem has been the secondary, where Virginia has been unable to contain anybody’s passing game. Virginia ranks No. 119 in the nation in passing yards allowed (306 yards per game), so there is no question this is the one area that has to improve for the team to win games in the ACC.
