ACC commissioner John Swofford on longer games, replay and recruiting

The biggest complaint ACC commissioner John Swofford gets about college football games is one that has been repeated from coast to coast: They take way too long.

Getting a handle on how to shorten them has become a hot topic over the past several months, especially after the College Football Playoff National Championship between Clemson and Alabama ran 4 hours, 8 minutes. With that in mind, Swofford said there are a few things that can be done to help speed the game up without changing the rules.
