Texas Longhorns head coach Steve Sarkisian lost a lot of football talent to the NFL Draft this offseason. Still, that hasn’t stopped the rising football mind to set the 2024 team’s goals higher.
“The beauty of this group of leaders now is they have something to prove to their big brothers that just left,” Sarkisian said during his annual offseason speaking, according to 247Sports. “Now, can we hold up the standard for what great leadership looks like? Can we hold up the standard to not only be conference champions, not only be College Football Playoff participants but [also to] reach the pinnacle and go win a national championship?
