AUSTIN, Texas – Max Belyeu hit a go-ahead two-run homer in the eighth inning to lead Texas Baseball to a 6-3 win over No. 14 Oklahoma State on Saturday at UFCU Disch-Falk Field.
The Longhorns (30-18, 15-8) will now go for the sweep of the Cowboys on Sunday at 1 p.m.
Belyeu had a huge day at the plate, going 2-for-4 with a two-run double in the first inning and the two-run homer in the eighth.
Andre Duplantier pitched the final 2 1/3 innings to pick up his first win of the season on the mound.
