The top running back target for the Texas Longhorns will make a decision at the end of the month, as Shreveport (La.) Cavalry Baptist Academy’s James Simon announced on Monday that he’ll commit live on YouTube during the On3 Elite Series at 12:30 p.m. Central on May 29.
