College baseball’s Selection Monday is in about two weeks, and the ACC Championship Tournament is less than 10 days away. With the end of the season upon us, then, it’s time to take a look at where UNC is positioned in the landscape of the conference and the rest of the country in their bid to return to Omaha and maybe bring home the program’s first ever College World Series trophy. For better and for worse, college baseball bracketology isn’t quite the high-profile industry that the basketball version has become, so while there aren’t as many services who have made such predictions, the people who do it are much less insufferable and click-hungry.
