MONROE, La. –The App State men's and women's track and field team capped competition at the Sun Belt Outdoor Championships with a new program record in the women's 4x400-meters and totaled 10 medals on the weekend, six of which were earned on Saturday. In the team standings the men finished fourth with 98 points, which is the highest finish for the men's team at the championship meet since joining the Sun Belt in 2014. The women placed sixth in the team standings with 53.2 points.
