LEXINGTON, Ky. – Redshirt sophomore Samson Sergi had the equalizer in the 28th minute as Xavier men's soccer earned a road result, drawing against No. 15 Kentucky, 1-1, on Wednesday night at the Bell Soccer Complex.
Sergi's goal was his fifth of the season with junior Simen Hestnes getting the assist off a service from the right side of the field.
With the result, the Musketeers extended their unbeaten streak to seven straight and moved their record to 5-1-2 (1-0 BIG EAST).
Kentucky's ledger goes to 5-1-2 and 2-0 in the C-USA.
