WICHITA, Kan. – Wichita State solidified its 2018-19 backcourt with the signing of first team JUCO All-American Ricky Torres to a National Letter of Intent.
The 6-foot-3 point guard from Missouri State - Western Plains averaged 17.2 points this year and ranked third nationally at 8.1 assists per game.
Torres, who is originally from Pinellas Park, Fla., will be a junior this fall with two seasons of eligibility remaining.
WSU head coach Gregg Marshall said:
