WICHITA, Kan. - The Wichita State softball team continue their fall schedule when they host Seminole State College tomorrow at Wilkins Stadium in a 10-inning matchup.
Head coach Amber Flores and the Trojans finished the 2017 season with a 47-15 record, falling in the NJCAA Region 2 Tournament Championship game for the second straight season.
Last season the Shockers took down the Trojans 12-4 behind four home runs and 19 hits with Laurie Derrico collecting two home runs and three RBI's. Senior outfielder Morgan Palmer has ties with Seminole State after playing two years under Flores before transferring to Wichita State in 2016.
