WVU Returns to N.C. to Compete at Raleigh Relays

NC State hosts 100 schools with 2,217 athletes entered to compete. Competition on Friday begins at 9:45 a.m. ET, with the women’s unseeded 5,000 meters and Saturday starts at 10 a.m. ET, with the women’s hammer.

“Week two for the group brings higher expectations,” said coach Sean Cleary. “Last week’s rust-buster came with some very strong results. We are looking to build on that momentum in Raleigh.”

The last time the Mountaineers competed at the Raleigh Relays was in 2014, when WVU collected three top-10 seven finishes.
