The next Sean McVay is now working for Sean McVay. Kevin O'Connell has reportedly been hired as the Los Angeles Rams offensive coordinator. McVay calls the plays for the Rams, and said last month he wasn't sure if he would give up play-calling duties to his new OC. Last season the Rams had Assistant OC Jedd Fisch, Run Game Coordinator Aaron Kromer, and Pass Game Coordinator/QB Coach Shane Waldron on the offensive staff.
Kevin O'Connell spent the last three seasons with the Washington Redskins. He was elevated to offensive coordinator in 2019 after coaching QBs, and being the team's passing game coordinator last year.
