Former Redskins coach Jay Gruden will interview with the Jacksonville Jaguars for their offensive coordinator vacancy, according to a report.
Gruden, who Washington fired in October after an 0-5 start, had recently been said he was “itching” to get back in the NFL, and seemed opened to the possibility of becoming a coordinator again. The 52-year-old held the same position with the Cincinnati Bengals for three seasons before the Redskins hired him in 2014.
Gruden did not interview with any teams that had a vacancy at head coach this offseason.
