Former Washington Redskins defensive lineman Albert Haynesworth thanked his fans for their support after receiving hundreds of calls and offers from potential donors for his needed kidney transplant.
Haynesworth said he has started his dialysis treatment and is feeling better than his previous update, in which he revealed that he was suffering from kidney failure.
Haynesworth posted the following update on Facebook, which was later shared by Pro Football Talk:
First and foremost I want to thank each and everyone that prayed and supported me during this new ordeal, you guys are amazing.
