The 2019 NFL season is almost upon us, and that means that one of the darker days in the NFL calendar is coming. Over the course of the weekend, teams will have to trim rosters from 90 to 53 players. While many of the briefly unemployed players will be re-signed to practice squads days later, there will still be many, many players that see their NFL dreams come to an end.
Throughout the week in the lead up to roster cuts, there will be a lot of activity from the 32 NFL teams. After all, there is still one preseason game left, and teams do have to field a roster for that one.
