In yet another twist to this on-going name-change saga, ESPN’s Adam Schefter is reporting that NO Native American imagery will be used in the potential re-branding of the team.
In their discussions about a potential new name, Washington is planning to have no Native American imagery, per a league source.

This does not rule out names like Warriors(the current clubhouse leader) or Redwolves(a new fan-favorite), but it would certainly rule out NOT changing the name at all - or going back to Braves.
