The Washington Redskins have "serious interest" in Denver Broncos DT Terrance Knighton and are heavily pursuing the free agent, according to CSNWashington.
Knighton recorded 30 tackles and two sacks for the Broncos last season, and Pro Football Focus ranked him as the 12th best defensive tackle in the NFL last season. He was high school teammates with Redskins nose tackle Chris Baker.
Oakland, Indianapolis, and Chicago are all also interested in acquiring Knighton, one of the league's best run-stoppers.
