Monday was the last day for eligible college underclassmen to declare for the 2016 NFL Draft.
Below is an NFL.com provided list of the underclassmen that will be available for selection in this year’s draft, which will take place from April 28-30 in Chicago.
Some of these prospects have already been linked to the Washington Redskins in mock drafts and many of them have the talent to be selected in the first round.
