UTEP football finished their final weekend of official visits before the February signing period strong with two reported verbal commits, and a possible unreported third commit after 11 visitors toured El Paso this weekend.

El Paso Del Valle offensive lineman Tristin Tuialuuluu announced last night that will be a Miner, and high school quarterback prospect Brayden Hawkins announced Sunday that he has also committed to UTEP.

Tuialuuluu, 6’3, 295 pounds, was named District 2-5A’s lineman of the year this past season after starting 35 straight games on the Varsity level for head coach Jesse Perales. He held an offer from Incarnate Word, and is certainly an underrated offensive line talent.
