The Utah Jazz’s season-opening win over the Denver Nuggets yielded a plethora of positive developments. For a team that many expected to struggle offensively, the Jazz encouraged with their ability to bridge the gap during crunch time with a major scoring run. They also lived up to their billing defensively, holding one of the NBA’s best offenses to 96 points.

After three years of perpetual injury problems and multiple false starts on the comeback trail, it seems as though ‘Houdini’ is finally back in the house.
