The United States women’s national team previously announced they would play Mexico in an April friendly. They have now confirmed that they’ll be making it a pair of friendlies, announcing they’ll first play Mexico on April 5 at Everbank Field in Jacksonville. This fits their preferred format of playing a pair of friendlies during FIFA windows, this one running from April 4 - 22 to accommodate the AFC Asian Cup.
With NWSL opening weekend scheduled for March 24-25, players will probably stop with their clubs for those games, and then be off again for NT camp and both games.
