The Toronto Raptors squandered a nine-point lead in Q4 of Monday night’s game and lost in OverTime. Tonight they have another chance to win their third game in their Eastern Conference semi-final series against the Miami Heat.
The Raptors offense, or lack of it, has been the story of the series. With Kyle Lowry (except for Game 3) and DeMar DeRozan firing blanks from all over the court, Toronto has endured long periods of utter futility with the ball.
The loss of each team’s big man has proven a severe blow, one which rendered Game 4 almost unwatchable as neither team appeared capable of scoring, let alone winning.
