The Toronto Maple Leafs just wrapped up their rookie tournament, playing in Traverse City, Michigan against the St. Louis Blues, Chicago Blackhawks, Detroit Red Wings, and Columbus Blue Jackets.
The Maple Leafs split these games and finished with two wins and two losses.
I’m not here to talk about the prospect tournament though. I’m here to talk about the defensive core. I did a piece about two weeks ago on the Maple Leafs fourth line and who could lock down a job, considering it was more or less up for grabs.
