Blue Jays: The postseason is not out of the realm of possibilities for 2020

The postseason is not out of the realm of possibilities especially if the brain trust commits to beefing up the starting rotation this offseason. The Blue Jays have won seven of their last 10 including their last three series versus the Red Sox, Yankees and a sweep of the Orioles.

The Jays will avoid the dubious 100 loss season thanks in part to their recent winning streak. The team sits fourth in the AL East with a 62-91 record and are 22-24 since the Bo Bichette promotion on July 29th.

Although on it’s face, the record is not overly flattering, however, that comes on a season where the Blue Jays have utilized 21 different starting pitchers to begin a contest, the second-most in MLB history.
