The Dallas Cowboys are bringing back quarterback Kellen Moore in 2017 after agreeing to a deal with the five-year veteran.
The Cowboys officially announced Moore's re-signing, though terms of the deal were not disclosed. He joins their stable of quarterbacks that also includes Dak Prescott and Tony Romo.
Moore suffered a season-ending broken ankle last August during a practice when a teammate rolled up the back of his leg.
Romo was injured three weeks later during a preseason game against the Seattle Seahawks, and Prescott took over as Dallas' starting quarterback and led the team to an NFC East title.
