Red Raiders shine on defense
Texas Tech's defense was terrific in today's matchup. The Red Raiders held Houston to 427 yards of total of offense, much of which came near the end of the game, and came up with five turnovers. Linebacker Dakota Allen started it off with an interception on Houston quarterback Kyle Allen on the third play of the game.
The Red Raiders held Allen to 217 passing yards with one touchdown and two interceptions.
