On Thursday, the Texas Longhorns officially announced the non-conference schedule for the 2020-21 basketball season, which will feature home games verses perennial blueblood programs Gonzaga and Villanova, as well as an early-season trip to Hawaii for the Maui Invitational.
Texas tips off the season hosting Louisiana-Lafayette at the Erwin Center on Tuesday, Nov. 10. Three days later, the likely preseason No. 1 ranked Gonzaga Bulldogs will come to Austin for a Friday night matchup.
After hosting Stetson on Tuesday the following week, the team will travel to Maui and play games on three straight days at the Lahaina Civic Center from Monday, Nov.
