Texas offers Kansas State OT commit Kaitori Leveston

With the specter of losing Connor Williams to the NFL looming for the Texas Longhorns, head coach Tom Herman offered an offensive tackle prospect on Monday — Waco Midway’s Kaitori Leveston:

The 6’5, 290-pounder committed to the Kansas State Wildcats in early September over offers from the likes of Arizona State, Houston, Missouri, and Texas Tech.

In the 2016 class, flipping a Kansas State offensive line commit worked out well for Texas, as Belton’s Zach Shackelford enrolled early and immediately became the team’s starting center, a role he’s held for nearly two full seasons when healthy.
