The CFP Selection Committee just released their 2nd round of CFP rankings, and despite all of the "haters" complaining that the Longhorns shouldn't even have a chance at the playoffs this season, they've actually moved up in the rankings.
If the playoffs started today, the Longhorns would officially be in as they've been bumped up to No.10 in the rankings, up one spot from No.11.

For some odd reason, Notre Dame is still ranked ahead of them even tough Texas' resume' is not only better in terms of wins, but losses as well.
