Morning. Here’s a little bit of news that might have slipped through the cracks this month since it has to do with actual tangible college football accomplishments and not verbal commits from teenagers.
The 2019 College Football HOF ballot has been announced, and there’s another Aggie pass rushing guru on it.
Green racked up 20 sacks in the 1979 season. The 20 sack club is one of the most exclusive in college football. Terrell Suggs notched 24 in 2002 for Arizona State. Nobody’s done it since.
Green made 134 tackles that same season.
