Well, it looks like the extended Aggie Family can claim yet another Heisman Trophy, as the son of 1980s standout Aggie QB Kevin Murray has brought home the hardware this year. Kevin Murray was a record-setting SWC quarterback whose prolific career included several school records, All-American honors, and an iconic performance in a Cotton Bowl upset of Bo Jackson’s Auburn Tigers.
His son briefly attended Texas A&M but later transferred to Oklahoma. Congratulations to the Murray family from the rest of the Aggie Family!
