As usual, the Texas A&M Football team sent some strong talent to the NFL in 2021. The 2021 NFL Draft saw four players taken from the school in College Station. Most notably, Kellen Mond, the Aggies’ 3.5-year starting quarterback was selected by the Minnesota Vikings near the beginning of the 3rd round.
Mond joins a Vikings team that will still be riding Kirk Cousins into the 2021 season. That said, Cousins’ career is waning and Kellen Mond will have time to learn from a statistically solid NFL quarterback.
