When times are dark, you can always count on Phil Fulmer to be the light you so desperately need.
As we continue to ponder on what the football season will look like in 2020, Fulmer offered some words of inspiration on Thursday.
Speaking on 104.5 The Zone’s Midday 180, Fulmer said that he is planning on a full Neyland Stadium come September.
“I am confident. I think we’ll play,” Fulmer said on Thursday. “I don’t think anybody knows exactly yet what that will look like. We’re planning on a full stadium and adjust from there.
