Outside of John Kelly, the Tennessee offense was really tough to watch last Saturday against the Florida Gators. Quinten Dormady had a rough outing, throwing three picks and finishing 21-39 for 259 yards and a touchdown. The offense got rolling late, but for three quarters I didn’t have much confidence in that group being able to sustain drives and score.
With a stagnant passing game and a tune-up game against UMass on tap, Jarrett Guarantano once again crept back into my mind on Sunday. Shouldn’t Tennessee give him another extended look to see if he can provide a spark?
