Tennessee Titans: Ryan Tannehill was PFF’s highest-graded QB

According to Pro Football Focus, Ryan Tannehill was the highest-graded quarterback of 2019. He finished the season with a grade of 92.5, which just beat out New Orleans Saints quarterback, Drew Brees, for the top spot.

Per Cam Mellor and Michael Renner of PFF, Tannehill was a “revelation for the Titans” in 2019 and threw the third-fewest “turnover-worthy” passes behind the Washington Redskins’ Dwayne Haskins and the New Orleans Saints’ Teddy Bridgewater.

Coming into the season, little to no expectations existed for Tannehill. He was just an injury-prone quarterback that was nice to have as a backup but wasn’t going to actually help any team win.
