Adam Schefter is reporting that the NFL is still planning on the Titans and Steelers playing this Sunday:
NFL wants to and intends to play the Titans-Steelers game as scheduled Sunday; one of the contingency plans to allow for additional testing and contact tracing to occur would be to move the game to Monday night, per source.

One would have to assume that this is only the case if the case number in the Titans building doesn’t rise over the next few days.
