Field Yates and Adam Schefter are reporting that the Cowboys will not pick up Terrance Williams’s contract for 2019. That means the speedy receiver will become an unrestricted free agent:

Williams will be an intriguing guy for the Titans. He is a guy that shouldn’t command a boatload of money.
