The Tennessee Titans need a new OC.
It is hard to stomach watching Arthur Smith leave the Tennessee Titans after such a great year, but fans should wish him nothing but success at his next stop.
Right now it looks like he is going to go to the Atlanta Falcons who have reportedly offered him the Head Coach job, but there is some discussion about going to the Philadelphia Eagles as well.
